The Summer Retreat Istanbul on 16, 17, and 18 June 2014

Known as City of the World’s Desire, Istanbul has been governed by three different faiths: Judaism, Christianity and Islam. And for nearly 3,000 years it has been the battle ground for some of the most dramatic political and religious conflicts in history.

Today, the principles of democracy are put to the test as the co-existence and clash between Eastern and Western mindsets is demonstrated in the streets of Istanbul. How would you respond to these challenges? The In Claritas Summer Retreat will immerse you in a journey through the cultural and spiritual distinctions that emerge from the Eastern / Western and Christian / Islam mindsets.

Through guided encounters with your Self, music, poetry and historical landmarks you will be invited to discover your true desire as well as what the art of balance may mean for your governance.
